Healthy diet
It is very well said that a man’s outlook is shaped up by the kind of diet it takes. Healthy diet is a prominent way of keeping you fit healthy, tension free and hence happy. Stress is a mental state in which your body is unable to respond to situations you usually do. Stress is the major cause of illness and bad health. Usually a person is not physically that sick but mentally broken. This broken state is stress which causes health disorders. Basically a person is ill either physically or mentally.
