Stress is a mental state in which your body is unable to respond to situations you usually do. Stress is the major cause of illness and bad health. Usually a person is not physically that sick but mentally broken. This broken state is stress which causes health disorders.  Basically a person is ill either physically or mentally. Mental illness is much harder to cure and deal with. The amount of stress you keep worse is your health levels. Stress kills your ability to think positively and bad thoughts engulf you.

Stress lowers your oxygen level which causes sickness and impairment. Heart problems are a common occurrence with people who keep vigorous stress. Blood pressure patients are subjected to high stress levels. Excessive stress can lead to severe headaches, knee pains etc.Stress is the home to varied diseases and bad health a consequence of stress. So it is very important to deal with stress related problems in a correct way. Stress treatment therapy, yoga and constant exercise can help you eradicate the fear of stress and enjoy a joyous happy life.

Thus health is the outcome of the stress you suffer with. Do not allow depression to surround you else your life will be hell.
